Dr. William Pickett

Dr. William Pickett is Professor and Head of the Department of Public Health Sciences at Queen's University. He and his colleagues have an active research program, with particular focus on the health of children, rural and farm health, and applied emergency medicine research. He is co-principal investigator of a national survey of adolescent health, and under the auspices of that and related grant projects studies violence and injury in child populations, nationally and internationally.
