PREVNet is proud to work with Cracking Up the Capital this year! The Ottawa comedy festival was celebrating 10yrs of raising awareness and funds for mental health services in the National Capital Region. This year's theme is Bullying and we are thrilled to have been a part of the event. PREVNet provided important bullying intervention and prevention information for parents, teachers and youth. We also shared some key facts about the current Canadian landscaping.
As part of Winterlude Activities, Cracking Up the Captial hosted an hour of free comedy for youth - Stand Up to BUllying - featuring performers such as Rick Mercer, Mary Walsh and others.
