Dr. Jennifer Jenson

Dr. Jennifer Jenson is Director of the Institute for Research on Digital Learning (http://irlt.yorku.ca/) and Professor in the Faculty of Education at York University. She has led and been a part of multiple SSHRC funded research projects, including a project that examined harassment of women in the digital games industry and culture (https://www.feministsingames.com/). She also works with marginalized youth, creating opportunities for them to participate in the making of digital games as a pathway to support learning with technologies. She also makes and plays digital games.
