Nadia Desbiens (PhD, Educational Psychology, Université Laval) is Full Professor at the Department of Educational Psychology (Faculty of Educational Sciences, Université de Montréal, Canada). She is a researcher at the Quebec Youth Centre – Research Institute, and associate researcher at the School Environment Research Group (SERG). Her research interests include the development and evaluation of interventions promoting academic and social success and school retention in youth with behavioural disorders. Her current research focuses on training school staff to better support students with their transition from primary to secondary school.
