Our research shows that caregivers (i.e., anyone who is formally involved with the care and upbringing of a child under age 18) often turn to friends and family for support and advice when they learn that their child is experiencing dating violence. This tipsheet can provide information to those friends and family members, to help them offer this kind of support.
