Dr. Cramm is an occupational therapist and researcher, and an assistant professor in the School of Rehabilitation Therapy, Queen’s University. Her clinical background has revolved around children and adolescents who struggle with mental health issues, and her research has contributed to developing awareness of executive functioning issues, which can significantly impact children’s participation in novel, dynamic, and cognitively-demanding tasks. She is an adjunct faculty at the Ivey International Centre for Health Innovation in the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University and a researcher with the Canadian Institute of Military and Veteran Health Research, focusing on child and family research issues.
